I had same issues but what fixed me is; I turned of anti-virus then rehashed the files with torrent later the installation went smoothly.

Just to verify, i installed the game myself, the problem surely was corrupted file and anti-virus, try the below two mentioned tips to start spidying

1. If file is corrupted try to rehash with torrent and or,
2. Try installing by disabling anti-virus.
