Indeed the installer creates a shortcut that leads to
/WHEREVER U INSTALL\PARANORMASIGHT\Launcher.exe

but there is no launcher.exe in the main or any other folders.

Everything else worked fine for me though, I haven't encountered any of the issues listed by the other posters.
