I think you should re-install Borderlands 2 and manually install the update from KaOs. I installed the update manually and the game works fine.

I didn't have any problem if I run it. The install.exe is important because it helps to install the game easily. You also can install it manually but its hard.

I think it depends on the seeders. If the file has many seeders, you will download faster.

You must download all the parts again for the game to work. Also check the file if it has error. If you have incomplete download, you will get an error. This game actually works fine on my laptop.

For those who get an error when you launch the game, just follow these steps:

1. Download and install Ubisoft Game Launcher from: UbisoftGameLauncherInstaller.exe
2. Double click on ACRSP.exe
