I tried installing in safe mode but Setup still gets stuck, this time setup got stuck after extracting 14.1 GB.
Now It's clear that
(a) either this Setup can't be installed
(b) can't be installed for AMD CPUs (as I am using AMD FX CPU)
(c) uploaded rar files are having corrupted copy of setup files.
