its an old game if it still has any seeders you will be lucky, your best off using one the file hosts instead. yandisk and google drive both seem to have active links.

Is the setup working for others? Mine just stops and closes after about 60%.

try installing in safemode.

Yes it worked.
Exact process: set 20gb pagefile for all drives > boot in safemode > run setup as administrator
This is the best game version.
