Finally I was able to play.
Game running fine as it should be.

Took 1h31m to install on my Potato PC

Required Space for My System Was 76 GB, as I expected coz previous other repacks of the same game had this kinda requirements.
Final Size is as mentioned above 40.2 GB
Installed from Samsung 860 Evo SSD to Same SSD (Running on SATA 2.0 at 3 Gbps)
