The.Witcher.Enhanced.Edition.Directors.Cut.v2.0.0.12.REPACK-KaOs - Game not opening

Game is not opening after install from any shortcut / exe. Firewall disabled, ran as admin.
No error code, no process started when I try.

missing redist probably, just update them all.
