I dunno were to start with this one, first of all the install.exe should not be with the game files. it should be with the original rar parts, the install.exe then extracts the rar parts to a folder of your choice revealing the game files. for some reason the game launcher is missing aswell so I really don't know what the hell you've done here lol, I would recommend downloading it from here and installing it correctly with install.exe as I remember you saying you downloaded it from elsewere.

nope, we lost a lot of our old work in a hdd crash. you can post a request in the general chat if you wish, it will be redone when time allows.
