Borderlands GOTY install.exe not working correctly

when i let the install.exe run all the way through until it says it finishes i notice that there is absolutely nothing inside the binaries folder ive deleted redownloaded three times and it still hasnt worked

you probbly run out of temp space wile installing, install it again after freeing up a lot of space and keep an eye on it as the space goes down wile installing incase u need to free up more quickly.

this is a common issue for people who dont read comments or the description/nfo

See if your Antivirus didn't delete the tools of install.exe
Turn Off antivirus and run install.exe again and install.
