Witcher 3 GOTY Edition Wont Launch

Tried running as admin and reinstalling. AntiVirus is turned off. I get the message
The code execution cannot proceed because VCOMP110.DLL was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem
What should i try? Cheers.
