I'm unsure how to change the language but the files are there if anybody knows how to do it.

There is a mod called SilentPatch for Crazy Taxi. It will be good if you apply this one to repack.

I typically dont add patches unless required to get the game to run, users can add silentpatch or other mods/fixes as they see fit.
