there's nothing to fix, the issue must be at your side.
maybe i don't explain the issue clearly
the problem happened when the install reach 63% i got isdone dll error, i try everything run with administrator and change compatibility to windows 7 but nothing are worked
one more note i install the game without any optional files

its just a guess but it sounds like your cpu wouldnt pass a stress test.
try turning on the minimum hardware option on the installer.
please also delete any files inside your %temp% directory located at "C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\Local\Temp"
after doing so restart your pc then try to install again with minimum hardware enabled.

I tried every thing but all is useless you cant imagine how many times i tried to install it ,clean temp ,and %temp% ,windows 7 compatibility run as Admin Rehash torrent download from other links ,paging file, turning off antivirus ,run as Admin.
Conclusion: if others people install this successfully without any concern like me ,then certainly its my CPU compatibility with the Installer.
same issue with me crashed at 63.3%. Everything was set already. AV Off Defender OFF everything ready still crashed. and I downloaded the game with torrent.
My Configuration is: Windows 10 22h2 + 100Mbps Internet
i5-12400F Processor + DEEPCOOL GAMMAXX 400 V2 Blue LED air CPU Cooler
ASUS Prime H610M-E D4 Motherboard + 2x16 GB DDR4 3200 MHz RAM
INNO3D GTX 1660 Super 6 GB GDDR6 + Samsung 980 1TB NVME M.2 SSD
Archive 02 has been redone for those having issues, if you downloaded from the torrent you should be able to re-check it to only download the fixed file.

were you able to fix it?
it didnt need fixing, it just needs running in win7 mode.
future installers do not suffer from this issue.

Yes running at Win7 Compatibility Fixed it. Also I was on Win11 which itself is problematic.

we do not reseed torrents, download from a host instead.
Thanks for fast answer, 1st i want to collect torrent files for corrected REPACK2, but no active seeder the whole internet for it. JDownload2 and other DL'er not works, always got not reachable files... Okey, i start to DL directly from GD links. Part1-2 always got sum 2-3xtimes per file bad/failed download when i checked later... real sux this becouse not reseed for this great and good repacked game.
